Passengers are offered various beverages on-board an airplane. CJSC Aeromar created a Beverage Unit with functions involving batching of wine and vodka products, refreshments and additional products for flights. Along with that, the unit’s workers batch menu lists for passengers to learn about dishes offered during a flight. The units employees manage on-board equipment and airline companys dishware, fulfil orders and organize delivery to Aeromar of necessary equipment, tools, single-use or re-usable dishware. An additional function is to manage remaining on-board equipment and dishware at Aeroflots representative offices in regions and abroad, in out-of-base catering companies, with whom OJSC Aeroflot cooperates.
