The internal quality control system has existed since the very first days of the company’s activity. As the production expanded and competence grew, demands to the quality of end products also increased. Therefore, in 1996, the Quality Control Department was organized within the company. The departments main objective is to control the entire range of activities aimed at ensuring quality of the companys products. CJSC Aeromar is certified for compliance with the ISO 22000:2005, Food Safety Management Systems. Also, a system for managing quality and safety of foodstuffs on the basis of principles (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) has been implemented at the company. Its introduction and successful functioning is an official prove of the fact that product manufacturing, storage and sales processes fully meet the international level. All this contributes to airline companies and passengers higher confidence in Aeromar. The system enables us to timely influence the quality of end products, prevent possible deficiencies and failures and promptly identify and rectify them as necessary.
