Despite the huge volume of food produced, JSC Aeromar maintains comprehensive control over the quality of its products. The company operates a special unit - the quality control department, which carries out constant monitoring of the hygienic state of production, quality control of raw materials supplied to the enterprise, and checks the quality of products when passing through the entire chain of motion at the enterprise. Periodically, employees of the quality control department carry out field inspections of food suppliers.
Additional control measures are carried out by regular scheduled and unscheduled inspections by various regulatory authorities, the TUV-SUD Hygiene Institute (Germany), Medina Quality (Canada), a company providing food safety services.
