JSC Aeromar is a successful and significant enterprise for the Russian economy as a whole.

The company is part of the Aeroflot Group on the rights of basic catering of PJSC «Aeroflot». According to the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC «Aeromar», the company is subject to the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Aeroflot Group.

Striving to be the first in our business, we attach great importance to doing business in accordance with generally recognized ethical standards and consider unacceptable manifestations of corruption on the part of employees of JSC «Aeromar».

Our goal is to be Leaders in our segment. The way to achieve this goal is to conduct an open, honest and competitive business.

The company has adopted and is operating the Anti-Corruption Policy of JSC Aeromar and its branches, the Code of Corporate Ethics of JSC Aeromar and other documents aimed at preventing and combating corruption. These documents were drawn up taking into account the statutory norms and rules, as well as the best corporate practices applied in the whole Aeroflot Group.

In 2020, our company, as part of the Aeroflot Group of Companies, joined the Anti-Corruption Charter of Russian Business, thereby publicly setting out its course to further increase the level of corporate transparency.

We declare our commitment to the implementation of advanced tools and technologies aimed at further increasing the transparency of our business. Our team respects fair competition, welcomes and encourages all counterparties and partners to comply with anti-corruption principles.

The management of Aeromar JSC is interested in the timely receipt of information about impending or existing facts of corruption, as well as about the facts of any person appealing to the company's employees in order to induce them to commit corruption offenses.

If you become aware of the preparation or commission of corruption offenses, you can report it using specialized communication channels, including:

Communication channels have been created to receive messages from citizens about the facts of corruption on the part of Aeromar employees, namely: abuse of office, giving a bribe, receiving a bribe, abuse of authority, commercial bribery or other illegal use by employees of their official position contrary to the legitimate interests of society and the state in order to obtain benefits in the form of money, valuables, other property or services of a property nature, other property rights for oneself or for third parties, or illegal provision of such benefits to the specified person by other individuals, as well as the commission of these acts on behalf of or in the interests of JSC " Aeromar ".

Anonymous messages and messages that do not relate to the facts of corruption on the part of Aeromar employees are not considered. For inquiries on other issues, you must use other available communication channels.

When accepting and considering messages, confidentiality is guaranteed and the prosecution of citizens who in good faith reported the facts of corruption is not allowed.

Please note that Articles 128.1, 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation provide for criminal liability for libel and knowingly false denunciation of a crime.
