Specialists of JSC «Aeromar» together with the new brand chief of the company Vladimir Sokolovsky have developed a new menu for Business class passengers of PJSC «Aeroflot».
The new menu is designed in accordance with modern trends. The dishes use seasonal vegetables and fruits, soft and hard cheeses, as well as nuts and dried fruits. Meat and seafood lovers in flight will be able to enjoy rabbit, quail, red and white fish, as well as Kamchatka crab, octopus and foie gras. Sauces that are served separately will help to fully reveal the taste of dishes.

Vladimir Sokolovsky is the brand chief of «Aeromar». During his 30-year career as a chef, Vladimir managed not only to work with Novikov Group, the Karavaev brothers' Culinary Shop and Ginza Project, but also to gain extensive international experience. For many years he traveled and studied gastronomic traditions, adopting the experience of foreign colleagues. He worked in Cape Verde and Italy, where he successfully realized himself as the owner and chef of the restaurant "Della Villa restaurant" (Dolomites region), which was listed in the Michelin Guide from 2017 to 2019. Brand chef Vladimir Sokolovsky pays special attention to the search for new combinations and textures, and the main features of his corporate identity are the author's interpretation of classic recipes and the original presentation of dishes.
